Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Nesco Resource. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating our automated packaging machine on a food production line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate automated packaging machine to produce food products within specifications
  • Monitor products for quality and ensure they meet all specifications
  • Clean and sanitize production area to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Report equipment malfunctions and production issues to supervisor or manager
  • Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months of previous automation or packaging experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
  • Knowledge of manufacturing procedures and operations a plus
