Caine & Weiner Co. Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Collections Manager Leader to join our team. This role is responsible for managing outstanding accounts receivable, supervising debt collectors, and interacting with senior management, sales, client service, and clients.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of management experience in retail/commercial collection environments, solid interpersonal and negotiating skills, sound judgment, and knowledge of collection-call methodology. They will be responsible for administering collections programs, maintaining familiarity with reimbursement documents and procedures, coordinating and implementing collection policies and procedures, and developing and implementing correspondence channels and telephone techniques for effective collection of accounts.

Responsibilities
This role involves:
• Directly supervising and coordinating the activities of commercial debt collectors to ensure collection of accounts
• Motivating employees to strengthen the quality of their work individually and collectively
• Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and regulations
• Developing and implementing correspondence channels and telephone techniques for effective collection of accounts
• Training new debt collectors in collection policies, procedures, and activities
• Complying with and enforcing all applicable laws and regulations

Requirements
The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial collections, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and have experience with dialer software.

What We Offer
Caine & Weiner Co. Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $50,000-$65,000 per year, plus additional commissions paid semi-monthly. Our company provides a casual work environment, medical, dental, and vision insurance, vacation, sick time, PTO, and 401K benefits.
