Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday (6 AM-4:30 PM) or Monday-Friday (7 AM-3:30 PM)

Training Duration: Minimum of 90 days (Monday-Friday, 7 AM-4 PM)

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operate a variety of production machinery, including automated and manual metal stamping presses, foot shear, brake press, drills, arbor press, honing machines, manual mills, and manual lathes, to produce the required quantity of accurate parts in a timely manner as per process documentation. This may involve multiple installations of assemblies (thread inserts, pins, plugs, valves, etc.) and testing, potentially operating several pieces of equipment simultaneously.
  2. Efficiently set up jobs on assigned equipment.
  3. Conduct first piece, in-process, and final piece inspections utilizing micrometers, calipers, comparators, various gauges, and CMM equipment in accordance with process documentation.
  4. Engage in data collection and communication tasks using Jobboss and other applications.
  5. Perform preventative operator maintenance.
  6. Identify and resolve equipment or tool issues.
  7. Carry out de-burring or reworking of in-process work.
  8. Provide recommendations for optimizing and enhancing assigned processes.
  9. Maintain workstation in accordance with 5S standards.
  10. Adhere to all PAC safety protocols.

Ensure compliance with all PAC policies and procedures.

Qualifications
  1. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in essential duties, including operation of manual production machinery, metal stamping, presswork, assembly, and hand tools.
  2. Proficient in using common measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and various gauges (pin, thread, indicator, height), as well as optical comparators and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
  3. High school diploma or equivalent.
  4. Ability to read blueprints.
  5. Basic proficiency in Windows and MS Office applications.
  6. Capability to perform basic mathematical functions.
  7. Eligibility to work with sensitive controlled data and materials in compliance with ITAR policies and practices.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance
