Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers and embodying customer experience principles and philosophy.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards.
- Process customer purchases and returns accurately, counting change back to customers according to established operating procedures.
- Promote credit and loyalty programs, and maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and procedures.
- Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed, and maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor.
- Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback, adhering to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs, and participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
- Possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
- Have strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail, and be capable of multi-tasking.
- Be able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations, and be capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Work effectively with peers and supervisors, and have retail customer experience preferred.

This position has a starting pay range of $14.00 to $14.50 per hour.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
