Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
  • Assist with hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination, and safety needs of patients as directed by the Charge Nurse.
  • Document patient information into the chart accurately and timely.

Communication and Teamwork:
  • Respond to resident calls promptly and address their needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
  • Active Certified Nurse Assistant certification in the state where you will be working.
  • CPR certification required or willingness to obtain within six months of employment.
  • High school diploma preferred but not required.
  • Long-term care experience is desired.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks to meet productivity standards.
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects using proper techniques and seek assistance when necessary.
