Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at BridgeWay Services, LLC. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in their homes, schools, and community settings.
  • Implement ABA therapy programs and behavior management techniques as directed in the client's treatment and behavior plan.
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience working with children with disabilities or ASD.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • RBT certification preferred but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
