Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Bridgeway Agency, LLC. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing ABA therapy programs and behavior management techniques as directed in the client's treatment and behavior plan. You will work collaboratively with our team of experienced professionals to provide individualized support to our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy at homes, schools, and community settings.
  • Implement ABA therapy programs and behavior management techniques as directed in the client's treatment and behavior plan.
  • Demonstrate adequate knowledge and understanding of basic ABA principles and guidelines.
  • Complete data collection for each client as directed.
  • Meet with supervisors and provide feedback about clients.
  • Complete daily session notes and forms.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in working with a variety of clients with different needs and abilities.
  • Communicate effectively with a variety of staff members, including ABA therapists, BCBA's, and administrative staff.
  • Work collaboratively with each client's team.
  • Maintain strict parent/child confidentiality policies and comply with HIPPA Regulations.
  • Maintain professional relationships with client's parents/caregivers.
  • Ability to work in an active job that may require periodic lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Attend Company Training's to expand your ABA knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure a positive, safe learning environment for each client.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience working with children with disabilities/ASD in a school or home setting.
  • High school diploma (required) or G.E.D.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • RBT preferred (but not required).
  • Medicaid provider number (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changes.
  • Reliable vehicle/public transportation.
  • Great writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to undergo a background check (required) and potential drug testing.
