Job Title: Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Representative at Goldfish Swim School. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, handling phone calls, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
  • Process student registrations and handle administrative tasks
  • Provide facility tours and explain our programs to prospective members
  • Resolve member concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the front desk area and surrounding spaces
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service and administrative experience preferred
  • Intermediate level computer skills required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
