Reviewing tax returns prepared by staff, offering recommendations for accuracy and identifying potential tax savings opportunities; gradually taking on more responsibility in the review process.

Executing multi-disciplinary, multi-state assessments that evaluate income, franchise, sales and use, payroll, and other taxes to pinpoint optimal filing strategies, exemptions, credits, incentives, and corporate structures that can alleviate the client's tax liabilities.
