Lease Servicing Specialist III-Contract Services

CoBank is seeking a Lease Servicing Specialist III to join our Contract Services team. As a Lease Servicing Specialist III, you will be responsible for performing end-to-end deal management activities for lease transactions. This includes task prioritization, quality assurance, documentation, funding, and booking, as well as maintenance activities. You will work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams to ensure lease origination commitments are fulfilled.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with leasing customers and partners to collect credit conditions required to prepare lease documents. Validate conditions meet requirements.
- Prepare and send lease contract documents to leasing customers and partners in accordance with FCL policy and procedure, ensuring completeness and accuracy over lease agreements.
- Complete booking activities to meet internal, partner, and customer commitments. Perform booking functions to active lease contracts in the lease accounting system. Validate contract documents and system attributes to ensure completeness and accuracy of manually keyed attributes to the lease accounting system.
- Obtain additional approval from LDS leadership for payment requests outside of authority.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience, preferably in the leasing industry.
- High school diploma or GED required.
