Compensation Package

Job Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities as a Senior Respiratory Therapist will include:
- Providing direct patient care and respiratory therapy services to patients with a range of respiratory conditions.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs and progress.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient information and treatment outcomes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field.
- Current licensure and certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Respiratory Therapist in a similar setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
