Customer Engagement:
Welcomes customers and patients by providing assistance with products and services. Addresses customer inquiries and resolves issues to ensure a satisfactory shopping experience.
Demonstrates and shares best practices in customer service with all team members to create a unique and enjoyable customer journey.

Operational Duties:
Holds the keys to the store, enabling opening and closing procedures without management when necessary.

Supports and mentors team members in managing the warehouse and vendor ordering processes, including overseeing vendor deliveries.

Responsible for processing all sales transactions on the assigned cash register, including handling scanning errors, price checks, item discrepancies, price adjustments, and voids.

Aids the manager or assistant store manager in assessing and developing product displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale items.
Maintains precise inventory counts and ensures the accuracy of stock levels across various departments, stockrooms, and overstock areas. Ensures adherence to local and state regulations concerning controlled products.

Training & Development:
Participates in training sessions and completes required PPLs as requested by the Manager. Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as mandated by state regulations.

Communication:


Acts as a communication bridge between management and non-management staff by relaying assigned tasks to team members in the absence of store management.

Reports any disciplinary matters and customer grievances to management.
