Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Maritime Force Engagement Control team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing sophisticated simulations of Naval capabilities and adversarial threat systems, leveraging machine learning technologies to develop robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex software systems to simulate Naval capabilities and adversarial threat systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning technologies into our command and control systems
  • Develop and maintain data analytic and statistical tools to analyze complex systems and root cause performance issues
  • Implement and refine novel algorithms to increase the performance of shipboard defensive systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or a related technical field
  • Technical experience in software development, machine learning, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in C++ or Python programming languages
  • Experience with object-oriented software development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
