Position:
Part-Time Facilities Maintenance Specialist
Location: East Cincinnati District Office

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 6 hours per day (30 hours per week)

Who You Are:
- A minimum of one year of experience in custodial or grounds maintenance roles.
- Familiar with landscaping tasks such as planting, fertilizing, and watering various plants.
- Knowledgeable about cleaning equipment and maintenance practices.
- Enjoy working outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
- Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Have strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Capable of lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
- Hold a valid driver's license, have access to a reliable vehicle, and maintain auto insurance.
- Willing to undergo a drug screening and background check if selected for the position.

What You'll Do:
- Carry out daily cleaning responsibilities in shared spaces, restrooms, and offices to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
- Maintain and improve outdoor spaces, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns, planting flowers, and pruning trees and shrubs.
- Perform minor repairs and report any maintenance requirements.
- Clear debris, snow, and ice to maintain safe access.
- Adhere to safety protocols and identify potential hazards.
- Address inquiries and concerns from residents regarding outdoor areas.
