- Enhance sales penetration across both retail and wholesale channels.
- Onboard new clientele.
Sales Support Functions:
Keep retailers informed about new initiatives and products, industry developments, and assist with promotional strategies, among other tasks.
- Oversee weekly accounts receivable.
- Manage sales expenses to align with budgetary constraints.
- Facilitate communication and enrollment of clients for merchandising exhibitions and related events.
- Responsible for driving new business development initiatives.
- Engage in other relevant activities as necessary.
Qualifications:
- A four-year college degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing high-volume grocery operations is essential.
- Comprehensive understanding of retail grocery operations, from front-end to back-end processes, financial oversight, and leadership, complemented by strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in wholesale grocery is advantageous.
- Background in managing retail fresh departments is required.
