Traveling Catheterization Laboratory Technologist

Summit Medical Staffing Allied is seeking a skilled Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical team.
Job Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the cath lab, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines.
- Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to perform diagnostic and interventional procedures.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes or complications during procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and outcomes.
- Current certification as a Catheterization Laboratory Technologist (CRT) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a cath lab setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
