Key Responsibilities:
- Executing essential maintenance duties such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations
- Conducting comprehensive vehicle maintenance assessments, including tire replacements, battery changes, filter replacements, and fluid level checks
- Effectively communicating repair and maintenance suggestions to customers through the Service Advisor
- Completing required Volkswagen Training, both online and in-person at the Volkswagen training academy
- Carrying out additional assigned responsibilities as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- A collaborative team player focused on delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics
- Competence in using computers
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Previous experience as a quick lube technician is advantageous
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks and drug screenings
- Able to lift objects weighing 75 pounds or more
