Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, plus benefits, including comprehensive medical coverage, 401(k) Plan with a 100% match, employee stock purchase plan, family support, education assistance, and more.

Job Summary

We are seeking a CVOR Registered Nurse to join our Open Heart Surgery Department. As a CVOR RN, you will provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high-quality, efficient care in a surgical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of intra-operative cardiac patients.
  • Assist surgeons in operative procedures with patients.
  • Maintain and review patients' records, including posting tests and examination results.
  • Administer medications in accordance with physician orders.

Requirements

  • Licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure.
  • Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
  • Previous experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
