Residential Security Systems Installation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an Entry-Level Residential Alarm Installer to join our team. This position involves installing and repairing alarm wiring and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and program new alarm and security systems.
  • Daily interactions with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with alarms and security systems.
  • Identify potential risks to customers and provide effective solutions.
  • Monitor inventory levels of service parts.

Requirements

  • A customer-centric approach to work.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
  • The ability to handle a physically demanding workload.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential for success in this role.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $18-$22 per hour, plus 6% commission on upsells and a weekly gas stipend of $100. Training rates apply during the first few weeks.

During the shadow training period (2-3 weeks), the rate is $17 per hour, plus a weekly gas reimbursement of $100.
