  • Strong reading and writing capabilities
  • Proficient in computer operations
Key Competencies:

Core Responsibilities:
  • Promote membership sales
  • Welcome all members and guests with a friendly demeanor
  • Ensure proper check-in procedures for members and guests
  • Manage communication through club software during member check-in
  • Answer phone inquiries in a polite and professional manner
  • Inform members and guests about upcoming events
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere for all members
  • Address member requests or escalate to management as necessary
  • Maintain a professional attitude at all times
  • Assist in retail product sales
  • Coordinate member services such as tanning
  • Process payments for member services following company guidelines
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of club facilities, services, and schedules
  • Keep the work area clean and organized
  • Support management with various projects as assigned
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook
  • Perform opening and closing tasks as required
