Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Improvement
    • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
    • Conduct regular quality improvement meetings and provide coaching and training to clinical staff
    • Analyze data and identify areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Health Technology
    • Ensure that meaningful use and UDS program requirements are being met across all clinic sites
    • Develop and implement practice workflow redesigns to improve efficiency and patient care
    • Provide training and support to clinical staff on the use of electronic health records
  • PCMH
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with PCMH requirements
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with PCMH standards
    • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a clinic setting, with at least 2 years working in quality improvement
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
Working Environment

This is a full-time, exempt position that requires occasional travel to meetings and events. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality improvement principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
