Key Responsibilities- Quality Improvement
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Conduct regular quality improvement meetings and provide coaching and training to clinical staff
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Health Technology
- Ensure that meaningful use and UDS program requirements are being met across all clinic sites
- Develop and implement practice workflow redesigns to improve efficiency and patient care
- Provide training and support to clinical staff on the use of electronic health records
- PCMH
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with PCMH requirements
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with PCMH standards
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a clinic setting, with at least 2 years working in quality improvement
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
This is a full-time, exempt position that requires occasional travel to meetings and events. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality improvement principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
