Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and process owners to identify and implement new workflows and capabilities within Microsoft 365 and other cloud platforms.
  • Lead or participate in cloud-specific projects, providing subject matter expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct research and proof-of-concept projects to evaluate new technologies and stay up-to-date on cloud trends and innovations.
  • Develop and deliver user-level training to IT staff and other stakeholders on cloud applications and platforms.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of platform integrations with other cloud applications and on-prem systems via APIs and other techniques.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft and other cloud-based applications.
  • Technical and administrative expertise in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online, Teams, Planner, One Drive, and Power BI.
  • Experience with third-party tools for Microsoft 365 administration and management.
  • Experience supporting the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Expertise with PowerShell scripting, Active Directory, and EntraID.
  • Good understanding of general network concepts and experience leading or working on significant IT projects.
