Drop In Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Drop In Coach to join our team at JRI Inc. As a key member of our Independent Living Program, you will play a vital role in supporting young adults in achieving their goals and living independently.

• Provide support and guidance to individuals in their independent living settings to ensure compliance with program rules.
• Manage crises and provide interventions to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Conduct searches for contraband and maintain a safe living environment.

• Must be 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to transport students.
• Residential program or mental health program experience required.
• Available to work evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts as required.
