Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize available resources to select appropriate assessments for learners and ensure timely completion of all necessary components for client funding sources.
- Conduct assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis.
- Develop comprehensive reports including functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries.
- Implement behavioral skills training to equip direct care staff with essential skills for client programs.
- Regularly monitor progress through visual analysis and adjust programs as needed.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians in executing ABA procedures and interventions.
- Create individualized programming tailored to the unique needs of clients and their caregivers.


Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team environment, preferred
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB, required
- Commitment to integrity and adherence to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies
- Ability to move freely and frequently between seated and standing positions, with the capacity to lift items up to 50 lbs. as needed.
