Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Are you passionate about helping children with autism and other special needs? Do you have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)? We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at the Autism Behavioral Institute.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a BCBA to provide training and supervision to our team of BCABAs, RBTs, and other behavioral staff. The successful candidate will conduct behavioral assessments, implement treatment curricula, and supervise client progress. Effective communication with parents and guardians is essential, and the BCBA will provide training and assistance to ensure continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and design treatment programs for clients
  • Supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCABAs) to implement treatment plans
  • Provide primary caregiver training and support
  • Protect the well-being of all clients in treatment sessions and emergency crises
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or national equivalent with a major in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field of studies
  • Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Minimum two years' experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs
  • Completed the 8-hour BACB supervisor training
