The Medical Director - Correctional Care is a critical position that requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for leading the correctional medicine team, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will work closely with the Regional Physician to develop and implement strategies to improve healthcare outcomes, reduce costs, and enhance patient satisfaction. Your duties will include developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives, conducting peer reviews, and participating in hospital committees and task forces.
