About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Turning Technician to join our team at Titan Ventures. As a CNC Turning Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC-controlled lathes to produce high-quality tools and parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC-controlled lathes to produce individual parts and small series according to technical drawing specifications.
  • Take care of replacement and wear parts, ensuring timely replacement to maintain production efficiency.
  • Perform functional checks on manufactured tools to ensure quality meets industry standards.
  • Document measured values in corresponding protocols to maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training or further education as a CNC Turning Technician or CNC Turner.
  • Proven experience in CNC turning and machining, with a strong understanding of technical drawing specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality production.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
