Body Repair Specialist

At Disability Solutions, we're seeking a skilled Body Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our collision repair team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities- Examine damaged vehicles and develop efficient repair plans.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and high-quality repairs.
- Make informed decisions on repair versus replacement, considering factors like safety, cost, and cycle time.
- Remove and replace vehicle components, including upholstery, accessories, and trim, to access damaged areas.
- Participate in regular safety meetings and adhere to industry standards.
- File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces using power tools and hand tools.
- Supervise and train junior technicians as needed.
- Ability to operate a frame machine.
- Certification in body repair is preferred.
- Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and manufacturer specifications.
- I-CAR welding certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and supervise repair personnel.
