Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Job Description: As a Project Assistant Manager at Granite Telecommunications LLC, you will play a crucial role in the coordination of multiple projects across various teams. Your primary responsibilities will include creating and updating trackers to show project progress, collaborating with other departments to ensure timely completion of project tasks, working closely with the project manager to maintain project schedules, and opening and reporting on provisioning tickets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • \
  • 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of experience managing/coordinating telecommunications infrastructure projects preferred\
  • Microsoft Office Proficient - Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project\
  • Familiar with Adobe Acrobat\
  • M-F availability with after-hours possible depending on project requirements\
  • CAPM certification preferred, but previous job experience will be taken into account\
  • VoIP, SDWAN, WIFI, Ethernet, and cable experience desirable\
  • 4-year college degree or military experience an asset\
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks\\/ul">
