Certified Behavior Analyst for Autism Services

This position is for a Behavior Analyst at the Institute for Children with Autism and Related Disorders. Candidates should possess a Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related discipline, along with BCBA and NY LBA certifications. A minimum of 5 years of experience delivering Behavior Analytic services to children with Autism and other disabilities is essential for this role.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field
Licenses/Certification:
- BCBA
- NY LBA
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience providing Behavior Analytic services to children (ages 5 to 21) with Autism and other disabilities, ideally in an educational environment
Skills:
- Expertise in adapting evidence-based methodologies and procedures for students in school, home, and community contexts
- Proficient in managing one's own schedule
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team
- Strong time management abilities
- Experience in training school personnel, including direct care staff, educators, and support staff
- Conducting group training sessions for staff and parents
- Collaborating with administrative personnel within an educational setting
Job Type: Full-time, contract
Salary: Competitive, starting from $90,000.00 to $95,000 per year based on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday (during school days)
