Position Summary
We are currently in search of a Part-Time Property Leasing Consultant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our leasing operations run smoothly and efficiently while contributing positively to our community.

Key Responsibilities
The Property Leasing Consultant will report directly to the Leasing Manager and will be responsible for the following:

  • Responding promptly to incoming calls.
  • Coordinating property tours and showcasing available units.
  • Following up with prospective tenants in accordance with established protocols.
  • Welcoming visitors as they arrive at the office.
  • Preparing lease agreements and overseeing the leasing process.
  • Achieving a minimum show-to-lease ratio of 33%.
  • Maintaining a telephone performance rate of 62%.
  • Ensuring a phone-to-tour conversion rate of 50%.
  • Contributing innovative marketing strategies to enhance apartment rentals, including the creation of advertisements and promotional materials.
  • Managing and responding to office correspondence.
  • Informing current residents about upcoming property tours.

Work Schedule
This is a part-time role with expected hours typically falling between Monday and Friday, from morning to early evening, including weekends. Flexibility in hours may be required based on operational needs.

Travel Requirements
No travel is anticipated for this position, although occasional trips for business purposes may be necessary.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A college degree is preferred but not essential.
