Job Title: Host/Hostess

At Texas Roadhouse, we're passionate about serving great food and treating our customers with exceptional hospitality. As a Host/Hostess, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Seater/Greeter: Greet arriving and departing guests with a friendly smile and a warm welcome.
  • Name Taker: Take guest party information and provide accurate quote times.
  • Updater: Provide the Board/Seating Coordinator with up-to-date table availability information.
  • To Go: Take, place, and complete all to-go orders.
  • Call Ahead: Take all call-ahead reservations and communicate information to the Name Taker.
  • Board/Seating Coordinator: Receive table availability updates and decide where each party on the wait list will be seated.
  • Large Party Coordinator: Take names and information from guests for large parties and provide quote times.
