Job Summary

K.A. Recruiting is seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) to join our client's award-winning laboratory team in New Hampshire. As a permanent MT/MLT, you will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform laboratory tests and procedures, including blood banking, chemistry, hematology, and microbiology
  • Collect and process patient specimens, including blood and tissue samples
  • Operate and maintain complex laboratory equipment, including automated analyzers and microscopes
  • Interpret test results and communicate findings to healthcare professionals
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure accurate and reliable test results

Requirements

  • ASCP certification or eligibility
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work days or nights, including weekends and holidays
