Job Summary

We are seeking a Medical Screener to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a Medical Screener, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of plasma donations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform medical screenings on donors to ensure their eligibility to donate plasma
  • Conduct phlebotomy procedures to collect plasma donations
  • Stock supplies, break down empty cartons, and assist with proper disposal
  • Coordinate donors to the donor floor and compensate donors using the Debit Card system
  • Work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs
Requirements
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
  • Prolonged glove wear required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1)
