Physician - Hospitalist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physician - Hospitalist Specialist to join our team at Ascension Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities- Provide Medical Services: You will be responsible for providing medical services to patients, including diagnosing and treating illnesses, performing procedures, and prescribing medications.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: You will work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and specialists, to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: You will develop and implement treatment plans for patients, taking into account their medical history, current condition, and treatment goals.
- Communicate with Patients and Families: You will communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing them with information about their care, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Medical Knowledge: You will stay current with the latest medical knowledge and advancements in your field, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Education: You must have a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Licensure: You must be licensed to practice medicine in the state where you will be working.
- Certification: You must be certified in your specialty by a recognized certifying organization.
- Experience: You must have relevant experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a hospitalist role.
