Quality Assurance Manager

gpac is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for leading QA programs to ensure high-quality and safe products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead QA Programs: Develop and implement QA programs to ensure high-quality and safe products.
  • Conduct Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and Develop QA Staff: Mentor and develop QA staff to foster a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in quality control within food manufacturing, especially RTE foods.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HACCP, SSOP, FDA, and USDA regulations.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: HACCP and SQF certifications (preferred).
