Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Mentor and Develop QA Staff: Mentor and develop QA staff to foster a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in quality control within food manufacturing, especially RTE foods.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HACCP, SSOP, FDA, and USDA regulations.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications: HACCP and SQF certifications (preferred).
