  • Supervise the care and services provided by LPNs, CNAs, and other team members
  • Coordinate the nursing care of residents on the unit, ensuring that all residents receive appropriate care

  • Assess the health of residents and notify the physician of changes in status
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on resident assessments

Requirements:

  • ADN or BSN degree
  • Current state license to practice as a registered nurse (RN)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Additional certification in nursing specialty desired
