The successful candidate will manage the transition, design, deployment, and integration of identity management systems, with a focus on Saviynt and SailPoint projects.

This role requires significant hands-on experience with identity management processes and a proven track record in IAM implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transition existing IAM solutions deployed using Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
  • Lead SailPoint and Saviynt project work, including participation in project planning meetings.
  • Collaborate with business and application teams to manage requirements, use cases, and design.
  • Manage the design track, testing track, and deployment and release plans.
  • Define application onboarding strategies to accelerate the integration of applications using SailPoint and Saviynt.
  • Develop processes for identity and account aggregation from systems like HR, AD, and Azure AD into SailPoint and Saviynt.
  • Design and implement access review processes and workflows.
  • Develop provisioning solutions for account management and access provisioning.
  • Configure connectors, develop custom rules, and integrate workflows during deployment activities.
  • Manage third-party system integrations with Saviynt and SailPoint.

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree and 10+ years of relevant experience in IAM solutions design, or equivalent education and work experience.
  • 5 years of experience developing Saviynt solution models across business, process, and technical viewpoints.
  • Successful implementation of at least three Saviynt projects.
  • Hands-on experience with custom connector development between Saviynt and target applications using Java technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional IAM tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based identity systems and security frameworks.

Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications in IAM platforms such as Saviynt or SailPoint.
