The Medical Technologist will perform various laboratory tests and procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating patients. This includes conducting routine and specialized laboratory tests on patient specimens, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment and instruments, and analyzing test results and accurately reporting findings to healthcare providers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests on patient specimens.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Analyze test results and accurately report findings to healthcare providers.
- Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure quality control and patient safety.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.

- Minimum of two years of experience working in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Proficiency in performing various laboratory tests, including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
