FedEx Ground Courier

Established in Joplin, Missouri, M & J Quick Logistics Inc is a locally-owned and operated company seeking to fill a Full-Time FedEx Ground Courier position.

Salary: The annual salary for this role starts at $33,600 with opportunities for advancement. As a full-time employee, you can expect a daily salary paid weekly, providing financial stability and security.

The primary responsibility of this position is to serve as an independent service provider for FedEx Ground, ensuring timely pick-ups and deliveries to customers. To be successful, candidates must possess excellent attendance and high energy levels, with the ability to work independently and think critically.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Prefer at least 1 year of verifiable delivery driving experience within the last 3 years or 5 years within the last 10 years
• No CDL required
• Must pass a DOT Physical, Drug Screen, and Background Check
• Must have a current Motor Vehicle License
• Capable of lifting up to 150 pounds using a dolly
• Reside within 1-40 miles of Joplin, Missouri
