Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patients' unique needs and medical histories.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond promptly to any changes or concerns.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
Qualifications
  • 1 year of clinical nursing experience in a perioperative setting.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications within 6 months of hire.
  • Preferred qualifications include 2 years of recent perioperative experience, BSN, and certifications such as CRNFA, CNOR, ATLS, ONC, CFPN, CPPS, CV-BC, and/or CCRN.
