About the Role:We are seeking a PRN (as needed) Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team at Getlabs, a high-growth stage startup. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in working in hospitals, in office, or mobile environments and maintain a high standard of excellence with minimal supervision.

We prioritize delivering a thoughtful and amazing patient experience, which is why we believe the quality of our specialists is the secret sauce for Getlabs. Every interaction with patients is an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and show empathy and compassion.

The successful candidate will have the ability to adapt in a rapid growth environment and maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience team during business hours. As a PRN, you will be required to confirm your availability to your leader every Friday for the week ahead or weeks ahead, if possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit patients in their home or office, drive to and from appointments, and process specimens with a centrifuge that plugs into your car.
  • Drop samples off at patient service centers or laboratories and follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures and processing of specimens with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment under minimal supervision.
