Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Animal Care Reception Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation at our front desk, providing excellent customer service while supporting our veterinary staff in delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining an inviting and organized reception area.
- Welcoming clients and their pets with a friendly demeanor.
- Addressing client inquiries and triaging concerns effectively.
- Managing phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Scheduling appointments to optimize daily workflow.
- Processing client check-ins and check-outs, including payment transactions.

Qualifications:
