We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team at Otter Learning.

Key Responsibilities

As an Early Childhood Education Specialist, you will play a vital role in planning, directing, and participating in age-appropriate activities designed to promote the growth and development of children. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing children for kindergarten by introducing them to organized education from infancy to school age using our provided curriculum.
  • Assisting with daily childcare tasks such as feeding, changing, and nap time.
  • Maintaining interactive and open communication with parents and other team members using our Classroom Management system.
  • Leading teachers will oversee classroom management, design lesson plans, and fulfill requests made by the Assistant Director/Director.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years old (16 years old in some states).
  • You must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • You must have a minimum of 6 months experience in early childhood education or related field (or a related degree/certification).
