Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team at DaVita Inc. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

• Provide individualized patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Conduct patient assessments, educate patients and families on treatment options, and provide emotional support
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and management

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• An Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia
• Experience working in dialysis or nephrology preferred but not required
