Regional Maintenance Opportunity

Fairway Management is seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Maintenance Supervisors to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our properties within your region's portfolio.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, with experience in supervising teams and managing budgets. You will work closely with our maintenance staff to ensure that resident maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily maintenance activities, including routine maintenance duties, unit turns, and work orders
  • Implement effective maintenance procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Train and coach maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct quarterly inspections of all assigned properties to ensure compliance with safety and security standards

Requirements:

  • EPA type 2 Certification required
  • Minimum 3 years of verifiable HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and installation experience
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Able to lift up to 55lbs and work in enclosed spaces
  • Knowledge of building trades and ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
