Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor ABA therapists to ensure high-quality care and adherence to best practices.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.

About the Role:

  • Position: BCBA – Clinical Supervisor
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Location: Center-based
  • Salary: Up to $112,000 per year (total compensation)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
  • Relocation Assistance Available
  • Annual Continuing Education Stipend: $1,000
