Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor ABA therapists to ensure high-quality care and adherence to best practices.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
About the Role:
- Position: BCBA – Clinical Supervisor
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Center-based
- Salary: Up to $112,000 per year (total compensation)
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
- Relocation Assistance Available
- Annual Continuing Education Stipend: $1,000
