The Care Manager Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations, primarily for the Care Management Department.

Responsibilities

The assistant will support the Care Management Department in areas such as completion of special projects and reports, filing, and data entry.

Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure that Care Management Department operations are maintained in an effective and accurate manner.

Coordinate Care Management Department appointment/discharge calendars. Schedule family, department, and vendor meetings.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED equivalent

A minimum of six (6) months experience in office administration required.

Related experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
