Join Our Team as a Physiatrist Leader in Outpatient Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated physiatrist to lead our outpatient rehabilitation services at Capital Region Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and advancing the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive patient care across various settings, including acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient services.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess and address urgent medical needs.
  • Administer inpatient rehabilitation care, focusing on optimizing patient recovery and functionality.
  • Conduct outpatient services, addressing follow-up needs for patients who have undergone acute care and inpatient rehabilitation.
  • Provide advanced techniques, including ultrasound, to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Administer outpatient Electromyography (EMG) services, employing specialized diagnostic procedures to assess nerve and muscle function.
Requirements:
  • MD/DO degree
  • Board certification/eligibility in Physiatry
