Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement rehabilitation programs that meet the needs of our clients, aligning with The Salvation Army's mission and values.
- Supervise and manage a team of rehabilitation professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of rehabilitation services with other programs and services.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and program sustainability.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, leveraging networks to advance program goals and support beneficiaries.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and Salvation Army policies.
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field from an accredited university.
- Two years of social work or related experience, with a minimum of two years of administrative experience in addiction services within a faith-based or community service organization.
- Valid driver's license and eligibility for Salvation Army insurance.
- Personal belief in Christian living and spiritual regeneration, demonstrated through personal Christian testimony or experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate and exemplify a commitment to meeting human needs in the name of Jesus Christ.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a strategic mindset to drive program innovation and growth.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to navigate complex program challenges and opportunities.
- Proficient in budget management and resource allocation to maximize program impact and sustainability.
- Strong ability to build and maintain effective community partnerships, leveraging networks to advance program goals and support beneficiaries.
This role requires occasional travel for networking and partnerships, as well as occasional out-of-town travel for training or events. The position is primarily office-based, with occasional visits to warehouses or stores. Closed-toe shoes with rubber soles are required for warehouse visits.
