Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation programs that meet the needs of our clients, aligning with The Salvation Army's mission and values.
  • Supervise and manage a team of rehabilitation professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of rehabilitation services with other programs and services.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and program sustainability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, leveraging networks to advance program goals and support beneficiaries.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and Salvation Army policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Two years of social work or related experience, with a minimum of two years of administrative experience in addiction services within a faith-based or community service organization.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility for Salvation Army insurance.
  • Personal belief in Christian living and spiritual regeneration, demonstrated through personal Christian testimony or experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and exemplify a commitment to meeting human needs in the name of Jesus Christ.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a strategic mindset to drive program innovation and growth.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to navigate complex program challenges and opportunities.

Working Conditions

This role requires occasional travel for networking and partnerships, as well as occasional out-of-town travel for training or events. The position is primarily office-based, with occasional visits to warehouses or stores. Closed-toe shoes with rubber soles are required for warehouse visits.
